We present to you the individual parts of the Tatra Chess Festival (Tatrafest), which are: Spring part, Autumn part and Special events. Each of them recreates a unique chess experience in the pearl of Slovakia, in the High Tatras. Chess tournaments and events organized in Tatra hotels offer not only chess, but also social and tourist enjoyment. Come and enjoy the beauty of the Tatras in the circle of chess friends, family members and acquaintances.

Upcoming events
The Spring part of the Tatra Chess Festival will take place in Tatranské Matlary from Saturday 25 May to Saturday 1 June 2024. It will include three basic chess tournaments: the Slovak Championship for Seniors 65+ (classic chess); OPEN Tatry (classic chess) and Seniorblesk (blitz chess). The tournament OPEN Tatry is planned with a restriction: minimum age 30 years.
